Kirill Tatarinov was appointed President & Chief Executive Officer for Citrix in January 2016. He is also a member of the Board of Directors.
With over 30 years of industry experience, Tatarinov previously served as Executive Vice President of the Microsoft Business Solutions Division (MBS) with responsibility for the Microsoft Dynamics business across development, sales, marketing, and operations.
Prior to joining MBS in 2007, Tatarinov led the Management and Solutions Division at Microsoft, where he was in charge of the Microsoft Windows management technologies and products, including Microsoft System Center, as well as Windows Server solutions.
Before joining Microsoft in 2002, Tatarinov was Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for BMC. Before BMC, Tatarinov was co-founder, chief architect, and head of Research and Development for Patrol Software, the developer of innovative software solutions for systems and network management acquired by BMC in 1994.
Before co-founding Patrol Software, Tatarinov worked in several systems, networking and consulting companies in Russia, Israel and Australia.
He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Caradigm, Inc. Additionally, Tatarinov holds two patents for managing computer resources and related technologies.
Tatarinov grew up in Moscow, Russia, and earned a master’s degree in systems engineering from Moscow University of Transport Engineering and a master’s in business administration from Houston Baptist University.

Carlos Sartorius is Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Services at Citrix. His team delivers market-leading virtualization, mobility management, networking and cloud services solutions to support the mobile workspace objectives of more than 400,000 customer organizations worldwide.
Sartorius joined Citrix in 2011 as managing director and vice president of the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) organization, where he focused on accelerating revenue growth and maximizing the effectiveness of Citrix routes to market across the region. He has previously held EMEA-wide leadership roles at HP, Orange Business Services, Avaya and Motorola.
Fluent in English, German and Spanish, Sartorius earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (BSEE) with a focus on communications systems from the Universidad Iberoamericana (The Ibero-American University) in Mexico.
Craig has more than 23 years of technology experience, including more than 17 years at Citrix, most recently serving as Area Vice President of our U.S. Commercial business responsible for all sales and products in the U.S. Commercial segment. Previously, Craig served in several roles of increasing responsibility at Citrix, most notably as Vice President of Americas Channel Sales & Field Operations where he was not only responsible for Americas partners, but also marketing, renewal and inside sales, sales operations and field readiness.
Before joining Citrix, he served on the management team at Innovex Group, an IT consulting firm based in South Florida, and served as a senior manager in the consumer products industry practice at Accenture.
Tim Minahan is senior vice president and chief marketing officer (CMO) at Citrix, where he leads global marketing strategy and operations for the company’s vision of securely delivering the world’s most important apps and data to enable people and businesses to work better. A technology industry veteran who specializes in defining new markets and positioning companies to own them, Minahan has served in a broad range of business leadership roles at leading enterprise software, cloud, and services firms. He most recently spearheaded SAP’s successful transition to the cloud as CMO of the company’s Cloud and Line of Business unit. Minahan joined SAP when the company acquired Ariba, where he was SVP of Business Network Strategy and global CMO.
At Ariba, Minahan led the commercial strategy for the Ariba Network, the world’s largest and most global business network, and oversaw the design and execution of go-to-market programs and marketing initiatives to fuel its growth as a leading cloud company. Previously, Minahan was senior vice president of marketing at Procuri, Inc., where he helped drive the company’s strategic direction and emergence as one of the fastest-growing Software as a Service (SaaS) application providers. He also served as chief services and research officer at Aberdeen Group, a leading independent market research firm; and held several leadership roles at Reed Business Information.
Minahan is on the board of Made in a Free World, a non-profit technology company that is using the power of networks and big data to detect and mitigate forced labor from global supply chains. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and completed the CMO Program at Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.
Mr. Patterson is an accomplished Housing Agency Executive Director and Senior Executive with more than 16 years of Housing Authority Operations, Management, Construction, and troubled agency recovery experience. He has assisted with software and systems migration, selection, and implementation. He is well recognized as an outstanding trainer for NAHRO, HUD, and HUD subcontractors. Mr. Patterson has directed the design, development, and construction of more than 10 HUD Multi-Family developments, directed the rehabilitation and construction of HUD Capital Fund improvements to more than 30 developments, and received three NAHRO National Awards of Excellence for Housing Development and Programs. He has professional experience as a control systems engineer, working on the construction for Bechtel Corporation of projects in Saudi Arabia, Space Shuttle Launch Facilities, Nuclear Facilities, and large housing construction projects. Mr. Patterson has administered Community Development Block Grant Programs. His institutional understanding of the Code of Federal Regulations, HUD procurement and contracting Section 3 Compliance gives him an excellent perspective in this field.

He has been the principal on scores of consulting contracts with Housing Authorities, advising on topics from IT issues to fiscal responsibility, PHAS scores to Resident Surveys. There is virtually no aspect of managing an HA that Mr. Patterson hasn't worked on.
He was also the Manager of National Housing Consulting Practice from 1995-2000 for DMG-Maximus, Inc., and served with PriceWaterHouseCoopers as technical advisor to HUD National Move-to-Work Demonstration, Department of Policy and Legislative Initiatives.

As executive vice president of the Microsoft Cloud and Enterprise Group, Scott Guthrie is responsible for the company’s cloud infrastructure, server, database, CRM, ERP, management and development tools businesses. His engineering team builds Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Active Directory, System Center, Visual Studio and .NET.
PJ Hough is senior vice president of product for Citrix and is responsible for providing direction for the company’s current and future technology strategy and driving product alignment and innovation.
Hough brings more than 25 years of industry experience to Citrix, most recently serving as the CVP of Developer division at Microsoft leading the evolution of the Visual Studio product portfolio to fully modern engineering practices, helping to increase revenue and focus on data-driven decision making. Prior to that, he spent over 17 years in the Microsoft Office Division, driving vision and execution for the program management of the entire Office suite culminating with introduction of Office365.
Hough earned a bachelor’s degree in computer applications with honors from the National Institute for Higher Education in Dublin, and a master’s degree in computer applications with 1st Class honors from Dublin City University. He holds 11 patents.

Jeroen van Rotterdam recently joined Citrix as the Senior Vice President of Engineering. He is responsible for thought leadership for our future technology strategy, driving innovation and leading continuous efforts to advance common high-quality engineering standards.
Jeroen brings more than 20 years of industry experience to Citrix. Most recently, he served as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of EMC’s Enterprise Content Division and General Manager of their Archiving Solutions, one of the fastest growing products in the division.
Prior to his nearly decade-long career at EMC, he cofounded X-Hive Corporation, where he held the roles of Chief Executive Officer and CTO. He also has served on the standardization committees for the Dutch Aerospace and Defense industry and XML Technologies. With more than 42 pending and granted patents in his name, Jeroen is a strategic thinker and problem-solver.
Jeroen earned a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Econometrics & Quantitative Economics from Erasmus University in Rotterdam, where he also earned a Master’s degree in Computer Science.
