Below are frequently asked questions about event logistics to help you plan your conference visit.

Registration is easy. Be prepared to provide the following information:

  • Credit card number and expiration date for event fees or hotel guarantee (American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted)

Yes, online registration allows you to register on behalf of others. Each registration requires a unique email address, which is used to generate login credentials and is needed for check-in at the conference.

Your registration fee for a full conference pass entitles you to the following:

Yes, a guest pass for Summit 2020 is available for $150. The pass allows your guest to participate in the Welcome Reception on Monday, January 13, and the Partner Appreciation Party on Tuesday, January 14. However, a guest pass does not provide access to conference sessions and conference meals, which are limited to registered attendees holding a full conference pass. Guest passes are nonrefundable and are restricted to individuals 21 years of age or older.

There is no registration deadline. You can even register on-site if you prefer to wait until the conference starts. However, registrations received early may qualify for discounts. Visit Pricing for conference pass pricing information and special offers.

You have the option to pay by credit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover) or by wire transfer. Select your payment option when prompted in the registration process and you will be billed accordingly. A payment receipt will be available for access in your My Account tool.

An email confirmation will be sent to you upon completion of your registration. If you have not received this email within 12 hours, please alert Summit Headquarters.

Summit alumni are entitled to special benefits, including a discounted conference rate. Please note that you must have attended any Summit event in 2017, 2018 or 2019 to qualify for alumni status. Alumni status is assigned to the partner company, not the individual.

Citrix reserves the right to deny registration to any individual, attending group or entity for any reason, at the company’s sole discretion, including for past or present failure to meet Citrix Code of Conduct (including, but not limited to, engaging in violent, illegal, threatening or discriminatory conduct).  

The United States requires visitors from certain countries to obtain a visa before entering the country. We recommend checking in advance with your country's local U.S. consulate for requirements. Typically, this information can be found on consulate websites.


Summit Headquarters has arranged special discounted rates at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin and Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resort, and we encourage you to take advantage of those discounts. When you register online for Summit 2020, you will have an opportunity to request your hotel, specify check-in and checkout dates and provide your credit card information. A hotel reservation will be made for you and guaranteed with your credit card. Note that conference hotel rooms are based on availability.  

Yes, a credit card will be needed to confirm your reservation at one of the conference hotels.

Standard hotel check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and checkout time is 11:00 a.m.

To take advantage of special discounted room rates, you must be registered for the conference and book your hotel through the registration site. 

No, transportation is not provided. Please check the Travel page for information on different options, including shuttles and taxis.

At the conference

Please pick up your badge at the registration desk during open registration hours. The desk will be located at the Walt Disney World Dolphin, Convention Level, Atlantic C. For security purposes, be prepared to show government-issued photo identification when picking up your badge.  

Yes, you must wear your conference badge to all functions, sessions and meetings so that you can be readily identified as an attendee of Summit. Conference badges are a key part of the precautions being taken to ensure a safe and secure working environment at Summit. Should you lose your badge, there is a $50 replacement fee.

Continental breakfast, lunch and morning and afternoon refreshments will be provided on each full day of the Summit conference. Also, attendees are invited to the Welcome Reception on Monday, January 13 where heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served as a dinner experience. Dinner will be provided at the Partner Appreciation Party on Tuesday, January 14. Please note that the kitchen at the Walt Disney World Dolphin processes nuts and while we avoid nuts in any of the served food and beverages, be aware that traces of nuts might be present.

The attire for the entire Summit conference is business casual. Please keep in mind the hotels are fully air conditioned and may be cool at times. A light jacket or sweater for indoor wear and a raincoat and umbrella for outside are recommended.

The official language of the conference is English and all sessions will be presented in English. Translation services will not be provided. 

WiFi and charging stations will be available throughout the meeting rooms and common areas of the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin. Information on how to access wireless connectivity will be provided on-site and through the Summit mobile app.

Yes, presentations will be posted and available free from Citrix SalesIQ approximately two weeks after Summit concludes.
