In order to ensure that Citrix conferences provide a respectful and productive environment for everyone, please review and adhere to the following code of conduct. This code will be enforced throughout the conference as well as in event-related online activities.

Citrix is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, race, national origin, age, religion or any other characteristic protected by law.

Harassment may include written or verbal comments based on legally protected categories, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, unwelcome photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention. If a participant engages in behavior that may be deemed harassing, the conference organizers may take appropriate action, including a warning to the offender or expelling the offender from the conference without refund. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. We also reserve the right to terminate your online access and delete content, without notice, found to be in violation of this code of conduct. We value your attendance. If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the conference staff immediately.

Presentations should be professional and respectful to all participants. Harassing language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks.

Exhibitors are also subject to the anti-harassment policy. In particular, exhibitors should not use sexualized images, activities, or other inappropriate material. Booth staff (including volunteers) should not use sexualized clothing/uniforms/costumes, or otherwise create a sexualized environment.

Citrix supports appropriate behavior by all participants at our events. Please help us create an environment that is welcoming and respectful to all participants, so that everyone may focus on the conference itself and the great networking and community that develop from shared experience.
