Cancellation Policy

Cancel prior to 2 August 2010 for a 100 percent refund. Cancel prior to 1 September 2010 for a 50 percent refund. No refunds after 2 September 2010. In the event that Citrix Summit and Synergy is cancelled, registrants will be reimbursed their registration fee only. Replacement attendees from within your company may be substituted at any time by providing Synergy Berlin Headquarters with written notice via e-mail of the names of both original and replacement registrants.
