Registration is easy. Be prepared to provide the following information:

• Credit card number and expiration date for event fees and/or hotel guarantee (American Express*, Visa and MasterCard are accepted)

*Note for Summit and Synergy Berlin registrants: We do not accept American Express as a payment option for the Berlin event.

Yes, online registration allows you to register on behalf of others. Each registration requires a unique e-mail address, which is used to generate login credentials and for check-in at the conference.

There is no registration deadline. You can even register on site if you prefer to wait until the conference starts.

For Summit San Francisco, attendees of previous events held in the U.S. receive the following: a discounted, $895 fee for the Summit and Synergy Full Conference Package.

For Summit Berlin, attendees of previous Summits in the U.S. or a Solutions Conference in Europe will receive the following: a discounted, €595 fee for a Summit and Synergy Full Conference Package.

Yes, there is a guest pass available for $250 for Summit San Francisco, and €125 for Summit Berlin. The pass allows your guest to participate in the Summit Partner Reception, Synergy Welcome Reception and the Synergy Final Night Party. Access to conference sessions and conference meals is limited to registered attendees with a full conference pass. Guest passes are nonrefundable and are restricted to guests 21 years or older.

Cancel prior to March 1, 2010 for a 100 percent refund. Cancel prior to April 2, 2010 for a 50 percent refund. After April 3, 2010, conference fees are nonrefundable, no exceptions.

Cancel prior to 2 August 2010 for a 100 percent refund. Cancel prior to 1 September 2010 for a 50 percent refund. No refunds after 2 September 2010.

It is highly recommended that you stay in the hotels indicated in order to receive the discount rates and be conveniently near the conference. The agenda is ‘packed’ and with multiple networking activities, you’ll want to stay as close to the conference site as possible.

Yes; you can take advantage of our sponsored Internet access area, as well as wireless access hot spots throughout the Moscone West Convention Center.

Due to the exclusive nature of the event, no cameras or video equipment are allowed in any of the sessions or in the Synergy Solutions Expo Hall without the approval of show management. This includes the use of cell phone cameras. To request permission, a written request must be submitted to show management 30 days prior to the event.
